Well if that's the case, there's 4 in the AH currently, all under the OP's buy price and in several time frames.
I sincerely hope you're not like that guy shouting in trade offering to buy a certain recipe for higher than what's posted in the AH then getting some poor sucker to purchase it to try to resell to you. But then again I'd have no remorse for that guy either...

Finding one already made will cost you a minimum of 4000 CE or 280,000 Crowns, as that's what it costs to unbind a 5 star item. That's with profit loss to the seller, considering materials and time. Realistically, you might be able to find one for 5-6k CE.
Your best bet, however, would be to craft and level one yourself, which would cost less than 2000 CE or 140k Crowns to avoid unbinding costs.
