Locking a party?

I created a party and locked it while I had 3 other randoms (cuz one of them said so). I'm not sure if the wiki says anything about people having the choice to leave a party while it is locked.

Locking a party does not

Locking a party does not restrict people from leaving a party, it only restricts people from joining the party. The wiki does not state this directly, but it does say "Party members cannot invite another person if the party is full or if the party leader locked the party." IMO it's pretty clear as is. I'm not sure what it is exactly you're asking for in this thread :3
