Game has CE.There is alot CE buyers.To make an Leviathan from Ascended Calibur you need to have 800 CE.IF you dont buy CE.You have to farm JK 7 times which every run takes 60 mist.minimum time you need is 7 days.
And so,game is based on free,and paid plan..
Getting annoyed with JK,I decided to buy CE.Because mobile payment is only way,I choosed it.
Magic!!All that annoying to get that boku doesnt supports my country!?
Atleast,that game doesnt buggs me with CE.Really funny...
Before adding CE they should add good payment system.
And some of them tell that OOO would lose money!?

And Australia, to Three Rings, doesn't seem to even exist.
So, if they made a whole server in Europe, you've GOT to be able to pay for stuff.

Contact Three Rings if not. Or if not, just get a debit card. It's what me and my mom have. Debit card is a way better choice. Get one from your bank and make sure it has a logo of VISA on it or any of the logo brands you can get for this game. Or try paypal.

Another option is to use Webmoney (I use it). But I'm not sure it works in EU.
Third option is, as it has been said, to use postal service.
There are lots of alternatives. I'm sure you'll find something.

Even if it isn't available, I don't really recommend paying by phone from other countries.
You get a lot of taxes and fees in the middle that make you end up overpaying a lot.
Probably cheaper to open a bank account.

Don't forget about visa/mc/amex prepaid gift cards. In north america they're usually found at convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies and so on. They should work anywhere a regular credit card works.
Granted I don't know if they're available in eastern europe, but it's worth keeping an eye out next time you're out shopping.
