Today I saw 2 snipes around a treasure area in a Tier 1 Gloaming Wildwoods (Freeze) level. Is this a bug?

Since when Gloaming Wildwoods can be a "Freeze" level? Being a fixed strata and all?

@King: Yeah I agree. While doing the T1-T3 Run a couple days back with my guild-mate, We came upon a meadow like area in Depth 5. There were snipes hanging around there. As well as boxes lol. Screenshot:
