Disclaimer: I'm not sure where this topic actually does belong, but I'll simply put it here and let it be moved if it belongs elsewhere.

Back in September, we were told that health pads in Lockdown will cure status along with the health boost of class mods... Three months later after said announcement, health pads still don't cure status. Don't believe me? Get a Fang of Vog and put yourself ablaze, or inflict a Curse upon yourself with your Faust and try stepping on the health pad. Doesn't work, right? Considering the extreme length of time since this announcement, I'm surprised this hasn't been pointed out yet, so now I'd like to finally bring it to light.

In Lockdown, time is precious, and nothing's more annoying than sitting on that pad waiting for your status to wear off. A second wasted is five points lost to the opponent, so I'd like to see it actually working for once.

That still does not change the fact that something is obviously not working even though we were told that this is how it's supposed to function. You can argue all you want with how enemies also suffer the same thing as you, but the point is that something's broken and it needs fixing, not being shoved under the carpet.

I was waiting for someone...

To bring that up, I hate waiting those 42 seconds for curse to wear off........ and I usually escpae to get back to the pads. Although I suppose it does help if your not hte one cursed... or lit on fire for that matter.

Well,

I've found that status affects lose time quickly 'as' you're healing. But once you're full it goes back to the normal degeneration time.

Not buying it.

Still a pretty useless recovery rate, then. My impression was that it would be an instant cure, and if that is not the case then they should have said so specifically. Unless this is confirmed, I am going to claim that this is a broken mechanic that needs fixing.

Ah...

I thought that maybe my memory malfunctioned again and I just imagined that they were supposed to cure status.

I got shocked once and ran straight to it before I died. My health was full in seconds, but I still had another 4 seconds on my shock.

I'll ask nicely: Plz fix this OOO?

And thus you would have to wait another 4 seconds on the pad so that you would regain the health lost to spasming.

Why would you wait 42 seconds

Why would you wait 42 seconds for curse to wear off when you could easily kill yourself at wait no more than, what, 25 seconds?

You could let the healt pad cure you. Or, if you really want to make a big deal out of curse, make it heal everything but curse. Whatever floats your boat, but I just want the darn things to work gad dang it. :|

Not on top of my priority list but I supose if you aren't 3 shotted by a GF then it would be a nice boost.
