Edit: I think there is a problem. Got 2 packs, 2,000 energy, 2 keys, 2 hats, 1 heat amp, and now the second hat is missing.

The Explorer's Pack is currently not labeled properly and is just displayed as 1,000 CE. That's the one you want. We'll be adding the appropriate label shortly.

How do I buy this?

I am so excited to buy this since it actually fits inside my $3.02 budget (what's in my steam account, don't judge.)

Expect...
I go to the energy depot, go to purchase, and don't find any mention of any explorer's pack. I did find a 750 CE for $2.45 and a 1,000 CE for $2.95 that weren't there before...
Note that the explorer pack contains 1,000 CE and costs $2.95... but I'm not entirely sure that the 1,000 CE and explorer's pack are the same thing. I know that people have been able to buy the explorer's pack as the stranger's hat has already shown up in AH...
I just don't want to spend the money and only get the CE.

Am I not seeing it because I'm using steam, or is the 1,000 CE option really the explorer's pack?

After reading this topic, I found out that the pack was already purchasable under the 1k CE option.

I think I may have gotten lucky with a Divine Stranger Hat, though not as lucky as the animated snipe hat; any way to preview this instead of equipping?

Edit: lol, make that 2 Divine Hats.

Vole: You can head to the accessory NPC (er, the scissor-wielding one. I can never remember her name) and use the Preview option there.

Now I can continue playing even though I used up all my energy for crafting, plus I got a set of heavy mecha wings out of my iron lockbox

Now I just need to fullt upgrade my armor so I can use them safely

Ok so I play off Kongregate, and when I choose the option it goes to the Kongregate page and there's nothing listed there in my cart thing so I can't actually buy.

Is this a bug or is it just a temporary waiting thing on Kongregate's end (i.e. I'll be able to buy them properly tomorrow)?

steam error~

I was adding funds to my Steam wallet to buy the pack, and it told me my purchase was unsuccessful, so I exited out to try again later, only to see that my purchase had been successful after all XD Weird, so I double checked with my bank account and everything was in order, so I authorized the purchase of one of these deals :D Then, since Steam's minimum funds addition amount is $5, I was going to add a little more and buy a second pack, but now the overlay window is giving me a 503 error ): Tried restarting the game and steam, but still the same problem. I sent in a Steam support ticket and I'll just have to wait until they reply or it's fixed :D The good news is that I already got the first pack, so I can start playing! Thanks for the awesome deal, OOO!

You don't include the elevator pass, it's still a REALLY good deal on CE and for the key. It used to be 2.95 for 750 energy, now it's 1000 energy and a silver key and a hat and the amplifier! SO AMAZING.
