That is, of course, assuming that those monsters can spawn from those boxes. They might be coded to only spawn wolvers and chromas.

Only wolvers and chromalisks spawn from those boxes, they don't drop anything (even hearts/vitapods) and yes, like Silphius pointed out i'm fairly visible.
