I have a all 3 star set.
and have been thinkin what to upgrade the dusker to.
First i said i was goin to upgrade it to vog cub, then i decided Skolver, and then i decided i needed both
i just want a really good advise from a experianced dud, or a player that has both armors
what to get first ... Vog Cub, or Skolver?
please help me out

Both are good, and you'll want to get both eventually. My advice is to (A) get Ash Tail Cap and Coat, then (B) upgrade one to Vog Cub, then (C) upgrade the other to Skolver. This gives you a fairly general-purpose set (normal, piercing, elemental, freeze, fire, and two offensive bonuses). Then you can get the other piece of Vog Cub (for FSC) and the other piece of Skolver (for better damage, Ice Queen, etc.)

depends what you are going to
depends what you are going to use it for. Alot of people say DA because of its wide arc, massive damage and beasting charge attack, but GF is useful for cursing enemies in boss fights. personall i would go for DA as its charge attacks is amazing and the GF's charge attacks has a chance of cursing you which is very negative.

FYI Thor, you need to get Ash tail next anyway. not vog. vog is 5* so you need to get the 4* ash tail first.

Your plan is great. The armor is somewhat general-purpose but ready to be turned into special-purpose. Both shields are great. You have your piercing, elemental, and shadow swords. You have an elemental gun. (The only thing that makes me sad is that this is a lot of the most popular gear in the game. But it's popular because it's good.)
The only advice I would give is to delay getting any kind of Antigua, until we learn whether the damage type is going to be changed, and how.
i have both vog and skolver and i got vog first. i would make the same choice again.
defence problems come first when you get to tier 3. normal defence is basically most important in tier 1-2 (both skolver and vog provide equal normal defence). then when you get to tier 3 firestorm citadel will look tempting and having chosen vog will be a huge advantage.
