I was just in a graveyard the other day, and I was playing with a person using a Voltech alchemer. After I died, I creeped on him to see his damage compared to my prismatic (I only use it cause I got an awesome uv for a cheap price. Both of our guns were level 10. Here are the stats:
Voltech alchemer: vs. skellies depth 12
Normal Shots: 24 damage
Shock: 17 damage
Charge: about 50

Prismatech Alchemer:
Normal Shots: 53
Status: None
Charge: 97

Prismatech's damage is about double that of the storm driver. When I upgrade this to a Nova Driver, I'll check the 5* damage side by side with a status alchemer, to inform people of Nova vs. Status. For some reason, they don't have damage tables up on the wiki.

5* probably wont have that big of a difference, but if there is..im just glad to have chosen nova driver lol

@No-thanks excellent choice. I'd recommend a med CTR uv on nova. This way, gun puppies won't have time to shoot. I'll make a Nova DMG update as soon as I get it. That'll be when I'm done UV hunting)

i can tell u now: the nova

i can tell u now:
the nova does about 20% more damage per hit than all status drivers. shock maxes out at 30 damage per tick.

the status alchemers are still useful and can out dps the nova depending on the situation.
