I'm interested because, of course, Christmas is almost here, and one of my siblings has offered to get me something via steam for the holiday. I play spiral knights quite a bit, but I have run low on Energy, but I don't know If it can be given as a gift. I'd appreciate the help, and thanks in advance.
(By the way, I am unsure If this is the right section, as I am new to the forums. Sorry if It's in the wrong place, and feel free to move or lock it or whatever you guys do here)

That didn't help too much. I know I can trade-Give energy, but I wanted more help with the pack thing, really.
Because what you answered with doesn't really look in to the pack part, more the energy part.

Right now there's a fantastic special going on that can't be gifted. You can ask them to deposit money into your Steam wallet (they'll need to be on your account to do so - it's not tradeable), which you can then spend in Spiral Knights or for any other game on Steam. I would not recommend buying any energy or packs that are not the current special.
I'm not sure what your options are if you don't use Steam.
