They always spawn in a
They always spawn in a certain Scarlet Fortress level.
Other than there, they are a bit more rare in everywhere else, but I've seen about 5 total in FSC since I've been playing. Plus 1 or 2 in Lockdown.
They're not very rare --- I've seen many in my playing --- and they seem to come up a lot in some version of the Scarlet Fortress.
You might get more useful responses if you change the title of this thread to something like "How rare are rock jellys?"
