Get the brandish, the Cutter line is bad in tier 3 because it can only deal good damage when used hyper aggressively. I would actually recommend ctr vhigh, but whatever...
I take it that you sold the flourish?

Yes, unfortunately, I sold it to rhip. He did offer a reasonable price though. I honestly thought this was only worth 800 CE.... ;( I am pretty new though, so Idk how to price things and all that. I am very very sorry. :(
