So bombs kind of get the short end of the stick when it comes to UVs. There's no equivalent to ASI for bombs, since they only have a charge attack. CTR is of course nice, but even the damage vs whatever UVs often go to waste when they're rolled on a status bomb.
When it comes to PVP the story is even more grim: The only useful UV is CTR, and even then it's only useful if you're running guardian or striker since recon automatically gets max on a fully heated bomb.
Thus my proposal: add an "interrupt resistance" UV for bombs, which would allow the charge not to be interrupted from lower damage hits (relative to whatever your current base HP is; without vitapods). A higher "interrupt resistance" UV would increase the amount of damage you'd need to take in a single hit before your bomb charge is interrupted.
Or Bombs could get a Fuse Time reduction in place of ASI.
