Hello,

I have been playing SK for a few weeks - I play from Bangkok, Thailand.

I dont play lockdown as I understand latency is king there - and even with the EU server, I manage to get only one bar connection. However, I never had lag spikes like I am having now.

That is not the problem - the problem is that since this patch, I am getting lag spikes of 4 to 10 seconds very often, making any depth run almost impossible - solo, or group.

I am hoping this is a temporary thing with some huge influx of players suddenly (Steam promotions etc?) - I have looked at the other threads on lag also in recent days.

IF this is due to server stress, hopefully some official notification would be made. There is no point in buying the promotional offer (2 Week pass, etc) - which I did, when I cant play :-)

I'm playing from Japan, and

I'm playing from Japan, and these days I only have one red dot when usually I am lucky to get two (!) yellow bars switching occasionally with the red dot.

I was in Europe when I played during the preview event, and it was so much better then. Of course there are more players and I'm in a different place now, but I know what it could be like. I hope Three Rings make plans for more servers!

I have always had only one

I have always had only one red bar/dot - understandable given my location.

But the constant lag spikes now are new for me :(

Its becouse of that steam

Its becouse of that steam event. There is ton of players who just came in, play LD and leave BUT they make insane server trafiic. I got like 1 -2 bars TOO but..... ON EUROPE SERVER while im VERY NEAR to the server itself. Its ridicolous. I ususally had 3-4 bars.
