I thought that maybe knights should have inherent stat boosts (nothing like gamebreaking UVs), like increased damage, defense bonuses, or health increases. Maybe these could be implemented through the use of randomly dropped items in the clockworks.

In exchange, monsters in the Clockworks should also have inherent stat boosts (random, of course, so as to make each monster just a little less predictable).

We already have trinkets to increase our defenses and we can also choose on a big variety of weapons to deal whatever damage we want to. Stat boosts for monsters? Why would you want to ignore what you are fighting. No bro thats not gonna happen.

Is this "pull-whatever-out-of-your-ass" going to be a regular thing?

Did you read it right dude? im saying that if your idea gets implemented we would ignore what we are fighting, we could be fighting a devilite and when we shoot it with a blitz needle we find out that we are doing nothing. Think about that. And dude learn to take criticism, im not your mother or anything but watch your language this game is also for kids.

And dude learn to take criticism

Good god, I don't have a problem with your criticism, but "why would you want to ignore what you are fighting" just absolutely makes no freaking sense in the context being discussed, and not only that, your explanation makes even less sense. "Find out that we are doing nothing"? Are you talking about ungodly increases in defense? Because I explicitly said:

nothing like gamebreaking UVs

learn to read, please, before you pull another stunt like that, m'kay?

Dude you need to get out of your spot and out of your box. Look at your thread with expectator eyes. What nacho said actually makes a lot of sense, we already have trinkets, armour and weapons so stat boosts, want it or not, are something that would rather unbalance the game or just something out of place.

If you want trinkets that would give us bonus damage against some enemies i totally agree, but that thing you did there just no.

"Monsters less predictable", yo Nacho is right the whole game is about gettin your tactics right to fight them enemies. With that thing about making some enemies defenses random you would screw the game up, and if its like you said nothing like gambreaking UVs it would be something not worthy enough to add to the game.

Could you, like, I dunno, make sense?

and if its like you said nothing like gambreaking UVs it would be something not worthy enough to add to the game.
I guess it's a good idea that those CTR and ASI trinkets weren't added into the game, then.
OH WAIT

Also, people, just because I call someone out on not bothering to type posts clearly instead of compulsively banging their head on the keyboard at the first sight of a bad idea doesn't mean I have a problem with their criticism. Perhaps you need to pull your head out of there a bit, hm? If you're going to say "DUUD THIS IS BAD BECAUSE ASUFIWUEHLKJ potato potato cheezwheelz XD" as dissension to an idea, and I'm expected to thake that, then there's seriously wrong with you, especially if you can't say something clear like this:

"Keep it simple, that's the way of SK."

Jesus Christ, this guy has to be a troll, or just really stupid otherwise.

Do you make it a habit to just barge in and say what-the-hell-ever without reading?
