As topic says, im not getting Lockboxes from prize wheel anymore. Everyone aroud me gets them, even multiple in a row and i didnt get any in a month of using Elevator pass = ton of runs, ton of prize wheel oppurtunities.
There must be something stuck on server or my account.

It seems random. One thing I think is that it picks a few people, and then dumps them with lock boxes, while the rest just get 1 out of 100.
I play almost daily, i got once 2 in week, then none for couple months, then i got again one.
so dont worry, its random.
Also you may know that changes are better in higher tiers. so play much 3 tier. ;)
I have done over 100 runs at least since the prize wheel came out. I have only found 1 lockbox. EVER.
So, pretty much, same here.
