Since the going rate for 1 ref is about 350-400 ce now, (the value of CE dropping drastically since the obscenely cheap Explorer Pack came out)
Anyway since in other forum posts the exchange rate ratio for $ : CE is 1 : 550, I'm open to negotiation since coupons aren't exactly cold hard cash themselves anyway. All prices are open to negotiation.
