So what I think should change is that what now is the Confirm button change to "Propose". Once both players have made a proposal then a pop up or something shows what trade is about to take place then both players Confirm (and the trade goes through) or one Rejects it and you go back to the proposal screen. It is too easy to scam on the current setup.

I agree, there are games that do this and it has helped a lot, me and from what I hear. After they have past the proposal part, wether or not they confirm is up to their own, and their fault no matter the outcome because it will be right infront of their nose that they are about to trade.
