SPOILER ALERT: The Guards don't even say that Phrase that much. I've only heard a Guard say this ONCE to me & it wasn't even on my Main Account. They just ask you if you could Sharpen their Blade or if you became a Werewolf, they say something about a Wolfish Grin you're making, NOT an Arrow to the Knee. Therefore, if you use this joke, but never Played Skyrim, you're going to be Disappointed REALLY Fast.
