Is it possible to gift the Explorer's Pack?

Hey, guys. :)
I saw the great deal on the explorer's pack, and I felt it would be nice to gift one to my friend as well, if that's possible.
Is there any way to gift the explorer's pack to someone? I can't seem to see an option through steam or anything.

Is it at least possible to trade crystal energy, or parts of the pack?
