This should probably be put up somewhere on the wiki.
UV/Attribute bonuses are pretty well known: Low, Medium, High, Very High, Ultra, Maximum!
Chance to cause a status: Slight, Fair, Good. (The status Flourishes upgrade from slight to fair.)
Strength of a status effect: Minor, Moderate, Strong
So, there you go.
