Just about an hour ago, I purchased 3 explorer's packs with some christmas money, as I had not played SK in a while and wanted to jump in with some extra loot and crystal energy. I got 3000 ce as expected, and 3 messages from Haven Treasury 9also as expected). After recieving all 3 different messages from Haven Treasury, i accepted them all, and was suppossed to recieve 3 silver keys and 3 seven day heat boosters (of course), as well as a volcanic stranger's hat, fancy stranger's hat and a dusky (or maybe it was dusty) stranger's hat.

But here is where it got buggy.

After accepting all of the messages, I went to my inventory. I had 3 silver keys, but only ONE heat booster, and a volcanic stranger's hat, which was the hat i recieved in the first explorer's pack I bought, but not my two other hats!

For some reason I am missing TWO seven-day heat boosters and TWO stranger's hats, a fancy one and a dusky (dusty?) one.

Please help!
