Whats Going on here?? Every time im online i see less and less peoples playing the game! i came today during the morning and theres all most no body playing (well in the arcade or town and bazzar) i hardly saw no body just a few like 20 in total or less, then i came yesterday during the lunch time and after noon and hardly no body again, and the day before during night time and late night, after 12 midnight and the same problem... why this happening? is because the cost of life AKA energy is to dam expensive? is it nearly impossible or hard to make or craft items? its why everything down in clockworks is a waste of your important energy in elevators, opening gates to presents or revived your self or others or junt to croft stuff...is this why driven players crazy and make them just stop playing the game?? is it that the monsters dont drop sufficient crowns or items? is all of these problems is a mayor problem that is driving players stop playing this grate game?
i think tree rings need to make a complete stop and check again what players want in order to continue playing this grate game.
for me the only issue or problem that i have is the everything down in clockworks is to dam expensive, why you only have lets say.... 100 energy plus 50 regenerating energy, you need 10 to go down every time (that sucks), that means you only could go down 5 time with your regenerating energy. then you need 3 energy for every gate you open, then you need energy to craft anything in the game (that sucks to) sow by time you get to floor 10 or less your out of energy. see my piont! you only could play 10 or less level before your empty in energy!
then to recharge your energy is 3700+ crowns sow this lives you Bankrupt just to buy 100 energy.... see were im getting tree rings? now you don't have crowns to craft nothing at all, plus your out of energy to continue playing... sow you force players to stop playing the game for 24 hour or more just re charge our energy to 100 to re play the game...... sow players wait the time, but what happend??? they found another cool MMO game that is way funner and they dont need to wait for energy or waste life to go down and kill monster or open gate to get free presents or go to the arena and fight the boss.
see what i mean guys, the GIANT Problem in SK.... well if you guys dont see it, that means that players are not important for you guys only the real money players put in to the game! but what is money if real players dont play the game.........

thats all i have to say for now!
i hope you listen to me and many others with this same issue.

lol tree rings

When you log onto the game, you go into a Haven that has the least amount of people.
If you go to Haven 1 it will almost always be crowded. You don't automatically spawn there because of lag on your comp. That's why it looks like there are less people in the arcade. So no, there are still people playing this game, just in different parts of SK.

I don't think it has anything

I don't think it has anything to do with energy. Firstly energy isn't a problem, and secondly even for the few people that energy actually restricts, a good game is a good game and people will wait if they have to.

I think a lot of people are quitting because there is almost no content in the game. Right now there's 3 things you can do: play a level, kill jelly king, kill vanaduke. It gets boring FAST. I sometimes find it hard to keep going just because it's so boring. Hopefully more content can be released soon.

I have to agree that the game

I have to agree that the game gets really BORING, and I've only been playing it for a day now! Don't get me wrong, I'm loving it, but there is just NOTHING to do! Some quests or objectives would be nice and even new abilities to differentiate your character from another person's character. Right now I can guarantee that there are MULTIPLE other exact copies of my character withe the only difference being the name. I believe that if players had some abilities to choose from like healing or conjuration it would allow for more variance and actually make it so that players are valuable in groups. At the moment if I were to drop out of a party, they could just get another person just like me and move on. But if I could heal or cast some type of spell, I would be valuable to the team.

Hold your horses buckaroos!

Games not even out a month and people are bored... True its the same old thing, run a tier, find a recipe, make some weapons, run a tier and so forth.

Guess if your getting bored and want "classes" or whatever you want to call them then this isn't your game. This is a class-less game where the armor and weapons show who you are.

It'll be a while before more is added, i'm sure more will be added. Just going to take a while for that. The game just came out people.

@DotCom I'm not saying hat

@DotCom
I'm not saying hat there need be classes, but rather SOME way to differentiate player form player. Yes right now armor and weapons differ you, but not by much at all. If we could have items that allow for specific skills like healing and conjuration, players can zero in on a specific role and stick to it. At the moment everyone is really just the same thing, regardless of armor and weapons. All of the weapons do the same thing (slash or shoot) and some of them have unique secondary effects, I don't think that's enough to really say that players have different roles based on what they use.

And that will not change. The game is weapon based, everyone will be the same if they got the same equipments.

I've been playing the game

I've been playing the game for about a week and I love it! Maybe at the endgame there's nothing to do, but for now I'm only at 2 and 3* gear and I find there's tons of gear to try and recipes to shop for and monsters to learn about. Also, there are plenty of people playing it seems to me. Just last night there were more than 10 full havens and another 10 partially full ones and the game's just been out a couple of weeks.

I think a lot people who come from other MMOs give up on this game too soon. I've tried to get some of my friends from another game into it and they just said they don't "get it." This game is all about gear, and you have to browse the wiki and get excited about gear because that's how you level; there's no classic leveling or spells, but the weapons all feel different and it's fun to try them.

If you're just starting out everyone will look the same because new player gear is the same. But once you get to 2* there are going to be a lot of options to choose from, so just give it a bit of time.

Many of my guild have already

Many of my guild have already left...the game´s quality is good but there just aint enough. No classes/professions/no rare/unqiue drops and just not enough gear.

lvls reapeat themselvers very fast and there are only 2 bosses.

The game is really great, but it is just too small to bind players for more than 100h

I'm not saying the game is

I'm not saying the game is bad, in fact I love it! I just think it could be better if players could have specific jobs, like healer or whatnot depending on their gear. Let's say that there could be a staff that can heal in a radius as it's alt. attack. I don't think that would be too overpowered because I don't think there are enough health drops in the levels (most of the time I'm running with 1/4th of my health).

Also I think there should be MUCH more equipment if this game is going to rely solely on just that, but as has been stated the game just came out and hopefully there should be updates soon.

Dood, healing is limited in this game for obvious reasons. Classes are irrelevant in this game, unless they do a complete overhaul on that end. But if enough people resist paying up, they will figure out something to deal with it. Maybe a sale will come out of it or some other event.

Yeah, uh, you're getting

Yeah, uh, you're getting shuffled into a less crowded instance. Go to your mini-map on the top right, and click on the words where it says "Haven #."

Choose, say, any of the ones with the three red circles indicating population. Try Haven 1. There's your people.

Nice try at starting a "game is dying" thread about half a month after release, though. Points for effort.

Mmm-hmm

Also as of yesterday there are 10 havens instead of 8, and as of a few days ago 8 instead of 6, and I forget when they went from 3 to 6. Haven will never get very crowded, I think, they will just keep adding instances. It may even be automatic based on the number of players online, in which case there are -more- people playing, not less.

And yeah. Sunday morning.... not a busy time.

As for healers. I think it would be interesting to have a staff with a healing 'attack'. But.... the problem is... that means the whole party is at 100% health after each battle. Only the locked room battles would be a challenge ever again. Something very clever would need to be done to allow healing staves or suchlike without unbalancing the limited-healing challenge of the game.

However, 1/4 health is ... not good. If you are playing reasonably carefully you should be at 3/4 health or better in T2, and near 100% health in T1, most of the time. If you're playing conservatively, you should be nearly 100% health in either case. Only when you mess up in battle and get badly damaged should you be going on with 1/2 health or less. (And most of the big bads that tend to smack your health down substantially when you make a mistake also tend to drop hearts.)

I believe the OP is the same poster that (a) falsely claimed all throughout Preview that they knew various posters on the forum, and then (b) boasted to have bought in excess of 20,000 energy (80,000 even?) at Preview's end, and then (c) started the main thread about lowering energy prices and kept prodding it along, in a manner quite similar to this thread.
