Reedem codes are codes for mostly special items. They are relased with promos or events (like haloween event) or they are part of advertising of spiral knights (recently promo reedem codes have appeared on multiple MMO reviev sites as a way to attact new players to SK).
The appearance of a batch of reedem codes is usually not announced. Becouse of that you need to have luck and be online on certain time to find out about promo codes relased (from friends or find it out yourself) and have enough luck to get one of codes (they are usually relased in limited amount).
