Stat Tracking Question.

I'm sorry if there is a post about this but I did a search and looked through pages of results with no info, my main problem being that most of my questions use very common keywords...
I'm wondering if anyone has any detailed knowledge about how the in game stat tracking of levels, crowns and arena battles works. It says the past 7 days but I keep seeing my level count dropping large amount of numbers for the past 24 hours or less. Yesterday I had 70+ levels in 7 days (mostly from Monday through Wednesday). Today I have less than 30. I've also noticed this in arena stats, and while I don't usually pay any attention to the crowns stat I'm sure it happens there too. Is there anyone who can explain why this is?
My main reason for asking is that my guild is planning a competition using the stat tracking but if there is a problem with the tracking, it would be bad to have a mid week fiasco happen.

Last I checked (a few days ago) the stat tracking doesn't work. When looking at my own stats in my event hub, I saw that I had made X amount of crowns, and when I was talking about it with one of my friends, his event hub said that I had made Y amount of crowns and not X. His stats were different between mine and his as well.
So if it makes any sense at all, which it doesn't, you still won't be able to use it for anything practical because the values aren't consistent across who's looking at them.
i think event hub is bugged
