Mist Tank Problem

I used a mist tank the other day to refill my Mist Energy, but, being tired, I went to bed without using any. When I logged on in the morning, I was at 9, as if I had been using Energy!

Does anyone else play from your computer / internet connection ?
Mist is shared between accounts that play from the same place to avoid crafting alts and similar.
