We need PvE clearance to carry over to Lockdown. This would really help keep under-equipped people from getting creamed so bad in Lockdown. It is way too common to see a player in a Proto loadout and their shiny new 2* sword that they are so prod of (I know I was) show up in T2 Lockdown, get annihilated, and quit the match early.
Same goes for T3. Players should have T3 PvE clearance to play T3 PvP Lockdown.
If I got a Faust/Gran Faust and all 3*, I could annililate anyone due to the lack of curse resitance.
The reason why this would not work is because, someone just makes their first 4* item, they are completely shut out from playing lockdown in that gear.
@Atrumvindex, curse resistance isn't something stressed (if at all) in lockdown. Faust and Gran Faust simply do not curse often enough and the charge attack is often not used and avoidable.
No, it could be where you could simply equip an all t1 or t2 loadout and play, even if you have higher star gear.
Same happened to me when I got my 4-star Mighty Defender. I got owned in T3 Lockdown.
I don't see any logic behind that anyway. It said "You are Tier 3" when I wasn't. I mean, you get one piece of that Tier's gear then it says you are that Tier when you're not. It's completely illogical.

I agree. I wanted to play the easier Tier 2 Lockdown when I first got to Tier 3 Lockdown so I wouldn't get owned, but it still put me in the Tier 3. I even swapped out for full Proto gear. "You are Tier 3." Honestly?
That is because you have a PvP loadout that includes your 4 star item.
To change a loadout from PvP to PvE, simply click on the red swords that look active and it becomes the PvE blue swords that look out of combat and lazy.
The tier clearance system needs to be in place for PvP and Loadouts that are above the tier players have clearance for need to be auto un-flagged for PvP. I never suggested letting higher star gear into low ranked tiers.

Idk, at least make a warning pop-up so we don't see threads about "I upgraded calibur and cant play lockdown anymore", But still....
You can have 4 and 5* items in your inventory, as long as they aren't equipped and their loadouts are unmarked for PvP, you can still go into lower tiers for PvP
I'm 4* in terms of gear and I have a 5* sword. The problem is, I have a 2* defender as a shield which I never bothered to upgrade. Therefore, I am , according to this suggestion, in T2 lockdown. lol.
Unfortunately, with all these tweaks you guys are already discussing against scenarios such as mine, you might as well stick with the current rating system.

But you shouldnt be allowed to join T1 lockdown if you have any items that are above 1*. Same goes for T2.
