There should be a button to the right of the 4th vial slot to drop all vials at one time. Because when you leave you have to drop all your vials 1 at a time. And a message pops up saying "Are you sure." in case you accidentally press it.

You know that you can go to
You know that you can go to the Prompts tab under Options (Esc button), and uncheck the dropping vials one.
tho the placement might be a problem. Also, it could include your health tank.
