I knew the price rising on the 2nd that morning was because it was the end of the explorer's promotion but I should've taken it as an indicator that when the ce price rose it was because it wasn't available anymore. Instead I waited a few hours and checked the ce window again and saw the original intended price not crossed off by the red marker, and knew it was too late. I was focused on FSC.
