Hey, I know that Spiral Knights can trade with other games like TF2 through steam, but I am not exactly sure what can be traded.. Could I trade to just myself (spiral<->tf2 and vise versa)? I do know that not all items are tradable, but I would like to request that I could trade or make the "proto crest" as a medal for the TF2 players which will have a description of the player's main Spiral knights character (ex. "Churidas of the Clockworks" or something like that). It will be like the "spiral sallet" (a helmet for all characters in TF2 if said player plays Spiral Knights). If so, I would find it very nice that not only does a player in TF2 obvioisly identify that another player in TF2 plays Spiral Knights by the helmet, but would also know who the player's character is in Spiral Knights (If he checks the desc. of the crest ^^)...

It doesn't work that way. Let me show you an example:

Bob has a gun from TF2 for use in TF2.
Bill has a sword from SK for use is SK.

They trade, and it is now like this:

Bob has a sword from SK for use in SK.
Bill has a gun from TF2 for use in TF2.

You can trade items from 2 different games, but they don't go over to items for another game. So Bob can only use his new sword in SK, and Bill can only use his new gun in TF2.

BTW, this belongs in General Discussion or New Recruits, but it's not to bad.

Thank you for clarifying that, but I mean wont it be cool if tf2 players had a crest with your knights name? :D oh and umm how do I get a picture for my acc in the forums?

Ok, well first: I know there is an SK hat for the solder in TF2. However, I do not know how to get it. Someone else will have to help you with that. :/ (It might have been a limited time thing celebrating spiral knights going live on steam.)

Secondly: to get your picture setup, you click the forum preferences link that is to the left of the search bar. (If you don't know where the search bar is, it's right under the big blue bar that has buttons like: Home, Play, About, etc, etc.) Then there should be a view tab and an edit tab. the picture is under the edit one. Also, just so you know, you can only use avatars chosen by the developers. You can't upload them.

Naa, you just have to go on steam

Autofire, you only need to get to the first terminal, on SK in steam to unlock the hat.

SK Helm is for all classes in TF2

I already have the SK helm for TF2. get to ur first terminal and that should just do the trick. ;)
The helmet is now equippable for all classes in TF2 too.
