Congrats!

Nice to see SK get some awards. Here's a personal break down on them

Runner-up best graphics: Spiral Knights:

This is a tricky bit, primarily because I've heard a lot of people say SK has good graphics, and the game is certainly pretty. But good graphics does not equal 'pretty', and graphics are really just a technical aspect of the software (hardware's?) resolution and pixalation capabilities. Give a game the best graphics engine in the world and it can still turn out uglier than lower end engines, and it's the result of art teams. I have no idea what's the graphics capabilities of SK, but the fact that it's very esthetically pleasing to almost anyone's eyes is a testament to the art team.

Best Sound: Spiral Knights

Two words: Harry Mack

Runner-up most innovated: Spiral Knights

It's hard for me to, in a factual sense, figure out if SK is innovative, but in a personal sense, it does feel that way. More over, it feels unique despite bearing some resemblance to hack'n slash. The world is definitely unique, along with Cradle and the Spiral order; but that's from an artistic standpoint, not a gameplay. Yet it's also a fun 4 player co-op, one that I honestly haven't seen any where else, and it's not often you get to have swords, guns AND bombs in your arsenal. Maybe it's the little mechanics that people master, such as shield bumping, cancelling, and so on that you don't normally see in other games. Maybe it's the mist energy. Whatever the case, it's hard for me to put a finger on what's innovative about SK, but the sense is there.

Runner-up most charming: Spiral Knights

We all know why, but SK has always had it's charming aspects, from those snipes sitting on Stranger's hats, to the Knights, to even some of the monsters themselves (Those darn Spookats and Gun Puppies). It's really all another testement to what the art team of SK can bring.
