Skolver Description inconsistency

Not a big thing, but the description of the Skolver coat says: "The ultimate in Wolver-hide clothing, this coat has been expertly crafted to give your melee attacks blinding speed."

But it clearly says in the stat page that Skolver gives Sword attack DAMAGE increase. ASI is from Vog Cub.
So either the Description is wrong, or the stats were accidentally switched, or this was intentional, which I doubt.

Skolver gives charge time
Skolver gives charge time reduction. Vog cub gives prismatic damage to everything around you when hit.
...How do you guys not know this?
(Each piece of Vog is med asi. Each piece of Skolver is med sdi.)

Thats the point I was trying to discuss.
The WIKI DESCRIPTION said that the Skolver was tailor made to give you asi, but the actual stats say it's sdi.
And I wouldn't know, seeing as I have neither.

Have you checked the talk page on wiki?
The in-game descriptions are indeed wrong. There was also a thread about this and some other description mistakes somewhere.
