Simple suggestion; someone else actually mentioned it on Gen, but I felt it had to be posted here as the idea is fantastic.

Cutscenes, even if they're just static images in a slideshow fashion before certain events (such as before bosses, opening intro, at Core etc).

The game has a fantastic art/design team and they've clearly put a lot of thought and work into eveyrthnig (shy of Gunner sets), and adding in even 3-sec static cutscenes before big events would add a whole element of awe to the game. Personally, I always love cutscenes in MMOs, 'cuz I feel like we're all watching this story unfold together and really preparing you for the big event!
