Hello,

greetings
Ctr if you're really confident you won't throw an enemy into an ally's face, but just 1 is enough unless you are a super spammer. Fill the rest with damage ones.
so the damage trinket works even if my sword visually shows that it does the max dmg? i mean that dmg bar
but what about speed trinkets?
Progeimerius, the statistics bars displayed on items are not to be taken seriously. For example, the Gran Faust's speed bar is much longer than the Divine Avengers, but the two swords are almost identical in speed. No matter what the Levi damage bar shows, there is plenty more damage to be done.
The only selling point of the Levi is the charge attack, so definitely get some CTR. Avoid ASI, because that helps only regular attacks (right?), and that's not the point of Levi. And Levi's already pretty fast. If you feel that you have enough CTR, then get damage.
Yup try to get some UV CTR then combine that with Elite Sword Focus Module and Elite Slash Module.
If you happen to win the lottery and get UV CTR Very High skip the Focus Module and double up on the Slash Modules (UV VH CTR plus full heat's Med CTR = Max CTR).
Don't go out of your way to avoid ASI though, it is still great to have. It will help you get your shield up faster after the charge and you can start your charge quicker (if you are taking the first swing to start the charge).
hello guys,
thx for the answers. But could u pls tell me what ctr,vh,asi means? Tryed to use the search funktion but didnt find any threads...
Hello:
ASI stands for -Attack Speed Increase (It can be Low,Medium,High,Very High)
CTR stands for - Charge Time Reduction (Same as above)
VH is Very High
Yes, Attack Speed Increase Definitely.
If you have no ASI UV on your Leviatian, then 2 Elite Quick Strike Modules. 1 Module does not make much of a difference, except that you can block slightly faster after one swipe.
I have been using my Leviathan right from the start. Currently I am using my Cold Iron Vanquisher, since it has a medium CTR UV, but still, 2 Elite Quick Strike Modules for trinkets. I tried one, and meh..
I have tried the Sword Focus Modules, and really, that only helps for charge attacks. Those are not really practicle with monsters like massive lichen colonies, fast moving tier 3 jellies, teleporting tier 3 wolvers AND devilites.
Again : Elite Quick Strike Modules x 2
Edit: Leviathan is too slow not to include attack speed increase, which will mean you have to block more and hit less. hence less damage output. With quick strike modules you can get in all 3 hits, which makes the monster fall down, which makes you not have to use a shield if there is only 1, which makes fro higher damage output than ANY other type of trinket.
Progeimeris, we still don't have some key information, such as how many weapon slots you use, and what other weapons you use in them. This may impact our answers.
Let me reiterate and emphasize the point I made above. Leviathan is just not a very good sword, because of the normal damage. However, there is one feature of Leviathan that makes all other swords (except maybe CIV and FoV) envious: the charge attack. Against knockback-resistant enemies (turrets, enemies trapped in corners, etc.), a Leviathan charge attack can do truly enormous damage, by landing three decent hits. And against these enemies there is no danger of annoying your teammates.
So the best use of Leviathan is to charge it up on carefully selected targets. And so CTR is the best thing you can get on Leviathan, followed by damage bonus, followed by ASI.
Did he just say fast moving T3 jellies? That sounds scary. Lol.
Lichen colonies are pretty easy to Levi charge, just hold down your shield while you release the charge. Really you are either going to get serious about T3 and want specialized weapons or you are just going to get bored with the Levi and want to branch out. Acheron & GF are vastly superior for Slime & Gremlin, BTB/FF is waaaaaay better for Fiend & Beast, Glacius/Voltedge/Combuster & DA are way better for Undead & Construct. Fixed targets are the only time I still favor my Levi & only for the charge attack (or if I have some gear I want to bring & need to cut my swords down to 2 or 1).

Its main selling point is the lifesaving charge attack (knocking enemies everywhere and away from you), so check out the Elite Sword Focus Module. Otherwise don't use it as direct offense, there are much more useful swords out there.
