I feel its a real let down when you get an undesired uv on a 5* item. For quite a price, we should be able to re-transmute the item for a chance to get another uv or might even lose the uv all together. A game of luck perhaps. The price to re-transmute remains the same and can be done multiple times, yet should be a high enough price so its not being abused.
That would be nice. Heck, being able to break down any gear you have to receive items that made it would be wonderful. Of course you'd have to have a cost to do so and maybe even have each item have a 80%(or depends on star rating) retrieval rate, so sometimes you don't get everything that made it.
