Hey im new. Some questions

Hey I downloaded the game today
and i just finished the tutorial and downloading the rest of the game
I have some questions
1) is this game pay2win?
2) Is this game like maplestory?
3)Is there anything I should know in my first time playing?

Aside from that, here are my answers:
1. Not really, although some would disagree. You can buy Crystal Energy (source for elevators, revives, crafting, so on) with crowns, which is the currency and can be earned from playing the game. YOU can play free2play, however the Crystal energy is bought with real money and the disappears in the game when used for something, so technically it's all bought by someone at some time. Still, most people can play f2p if they tried to.
2. No idea, never played it. I'm pretty sure Maple Story is not entirely similar, other than maybe a few common game elements found in every game anyway.
3. For all new players, first thing you need to do is know how to:
-not waste energy on reviving yourself
-learn how the auction house works
-be patient
Other general information to know is:
-starting off is a bit slow, so you'll have to get used to only playing for a little bit at a time for the first week or so.
-using the wiki for any questions you have or any curiosity about weapons, armor, or even just common abbreviations is REALLY HELPFUL more people need to do this
-asking questions in game is fine, someone will usually help you, as long as you're not begging.
Those apply to quite a few MMOs already, just pointing those out as well

Well, we might as well be a good community and help and reply. The MODs can move the thread in it's entirety to the New Recruits section if they feel like it is too much off topic.
But anyways,
1) Sadly, there is not really a WIN condition as they haven't even released that part of the story line if there will be one. So, this is in no way a Pay2Win game. It is a free2play, and pay2advance though someone at some point has to pay for you or anyone else to advance. It just doesn't have to be you. With the energy market, someone uses real life money to pay and then trades it off with other people using the other in game currency. The game isn't truely F2P as if no one payed and there is no extra energy in the market, then you could not craft any of the higher level items.
2) Maplestory? No... just no. Well, I don't think so. It has been so long. 2D vs 3D, no specific classes, and lots of other details which I don't actually remember for sure.
3) It may seem like you have a limited time to play each day and you do. But if you be patient and save up your crowns and energy, you can advance relatively easily. Boss levels tend to have good payouts and Arenas have good payouts too. Look things up on the wiki and aim for something you want and just go for it and save.
