Hello, im new here and to this game.
i played with my friend this game, we made it to depth 8, and then ive found out that i cant pass it (the gate where this -whats his name- guy stands)
but my friend can.
i asked him for help but he dont remember exacly what he did.
Anyway, i heard i can just talk to someone in somewhere and go direct to Tier 2, is it true?
If it is, tell me please who i need to talk to and where, and if it costs money or CE, Thanks!
he can jump straight to T2 at the elevator in the arcade. On the left side of the menu he can select tier 2 and then start party. He can then invite you from there. So you don't have to beat T1 every time you want to go to T2.
To get T2 clearance PERMANENTLY, you have to have a full 2* gear set. Helmet, Armour, Weapon and shield (I forgot if it said Gun too...nvm).
You also need to have completed 15 T1 levels.
After that, when you meet that random knight again, talk to him, and he'll tell you what you need for T2 clearance. If you meet the requirements, he'll let you through, and you won't be restricted by him again.
Until you reach the T3 barrier, in which you'll have a whole new set of requirements.
Or just get a friend to invite you down.
Get your friend to pass through the gate, enter depth 9, and invite you there. No problem. The tier clearance system isn't supposed to inhibit the social aspects of the game; it's just supposed to stop newbies from venturing too deep and getting surprised and frustrated.
There is also a bug exploit involving throwing a vial at the barrier. It seems to be working less often recently, and exploiting bugs is probably contrary to the Terms of Service.
