Interesting choices so far. Since idk how to put links with this phone, here are the songs I think would go with this game. (They don't loop though, so it might not really work).
Vanaduke- Requiem for a Dream Remix (Clint Mansell)
In general- Any song by The Glitch Mob. (I checked out a video from SK which featured "Fortune Days" by The Glitch Mob; that's how I was introduced to this wonderful techno band).
I usually just set music volume off and put something on YouTube and minimize it. Works pretty well.

Ice Clockwork Tunnels: Remix of Chill Man's theme from Mega Man 10.
Any non-Seerus Battlepod: Remix of the Mega Man 10 Boss Battle.
Seerus's final phase: Remix of the Mega Man 10 Final Boss theme. Yes, I've played Mega Man 10 a lot.
Any Danger Room with mostly Beasts: The Monster Hunter Tri boss theme.
Of course, this game's music is so great, I can't think of much I'd take over its current themes. All the SSBB themes make me wonder, though... how would a Spiral Knight do in Brawl?
