I had a few quick questions about the game.

I am looking for a RPG I can run on Linux when my bf is gaming on my other pc. I tried this one last week during Steam's recent holiday event and it seemed interesting enough, however I can't seem to log on with my steam account at all. Is this just a Linux thing. I am not running the game through Wine. No big deal really I made a new account anyway But it would be nice if I could use my Steam account. In fact Steam doesn't even give me a download option at all for Spiral Knight's.

Also When I briefly played through Steam on my other laptop (before my BF hijacked it lol) I was thrown into a party immediately upon entering a dungeon. Can this game be played solo? I am really trying to find an RPG I can casually play while my other computer is being used. I would not be very useful to a party since I am often AFK. The choices of MMORPG's for Linux is slim, especially since most will not run through Wine.

I'm open to suggestions if anyone knows of a good game besides this one I can try out. I would need to run it on a pretty old Laptop with minimal graphics.

Dunno bout Linux

But, you can choose to start your own party when you enter a dungeon, and lock the party. This prevents random people from joining your group. You can change the settings to allow friends or guildmates to join you.
