This is generally considered to be one of the worst weapons in the game if not the worst. There is basically no demand for these, and the cost of making one from scratch is about 50k cr, so you're not going to sell it for anything more than that without a UV. Plus, due to its near-uselessness as an item, you'd probably need to put on a considerable discount relative to that to get anyone to buy it. Only a shards addict would use one of these for its utility versus beasts and gremlins, and then they'd probably use a Spike Shower instead.
If it's bound, you're better off selling it to a vendor. Otherwise, maybe try 20 or 30k.
