so right now im sitting with a level 10 grintoveck, 10 krogmo coins, 1000 CE and 30k Crowns, i do not care what people think about the Triglav, i really want it. but how do i get 250 krogmo coins i need on lockdown without spending loads of money. so whats best for lockdown? vog and BTB, or mad bomber and Vitrolic Tempest? i am not bothered about damage at all, just about winning and helping team. any help please?

T3 is not mandatory
A cheap way would be to buy scale mail and a heavy hatchet, then heat those items up. Jump into a T1 match and beat half the people there with skills.
Since I hear T2 is more balanced, you could go dusker and snarble barb.
Winning in lockdown is holding points, not killing. I've seen good guardians hold a point solo with status and blast bombs. But a good guardian finds it hard to match up to a good strike with skolver and toothpicks. Play strike, use BTB or FF, and destroy enemy team so you have free time to cap points.
250 coins is, at the very most, 250 games. Multiply by 200 for the fee, and you get 50000cr used to get 250 coins. But that is if you get real unlucky. You do make money if you win a match, and more coins if you do win, shortening the entire time and lowering crown costs.

To qualify for T1, no piece of equipment in your PVP loadout can exceed 1*. Ditto for T2, no piece can exceed 3*.

Answering Questions...
@Ztype You can change LOADOUTS in the locker room. Sometimes it glitches and you can't change until you move around a bit. If the Loadout isn't marked for Lockdown, you can't switch to it. You cannot change single pieces of equipment.
@Dark-Saiyan Next to the search button, it says "Forum Preferences." Just click it, and you should be able to figure out the rest from there...
@Scottish-Archer Prefered equipment for tier 1 Lockdown is leveled Spiral Scale Armor and Helm, a Heavy hatchet, a Static edge, 1 star Heart Pendants (might want to avoid due to you needing tokens), Firecrackers seem to be used quite well in Tier 1 Lockdown, so you can use that if your a Recon or a Guardian. A Zapper could be used as well. Though I personally wouldn't recommend going to Tier 1 Lockdown now that the promotion is done and everyone except a few people have stopped playing. What people have said above should work. Bomb unless there's some shock resist people and then switch to Vog.
Just create 2 loadouts. Mainly use the bomb, but if enemies bring shock resist, switch to vog.
Bomb spamming a control point may make it imppsible to capture if the enemiy isnt organized enough.
I'be been in ton of match were 2 bombers win while noobs try to reach them and get shocked, allowing cheap kills.
