Idk, whenever I go into Jelly Levels I feel so weak in comparison to those guys with things from the GF or Acheron Lines.
Swords: GF/ Acheron
Gunners: Shadowtech Line and Senteza Line
Bomber: Gravitron Vortex...
Anybody who knows the faintest about bombing knows that Gravitron is designed for crowd control and clumping up of enemies, not for damaging that jelly cube trying to tackle you.
My proposal is a shadow damage blast bomb. I was thinking it could share the same path as the Nitronome, but at 5*, you can choose between upgrading that Master Blast Bomb into the All-Mighty Nitronome, or this new 5* bomb that inflicts a mixed shadow/normal damage with stats similar to that of Nitronome. Idk what to name it... Explosive Nightfall?
My other idea is to expand the shard line. We have a radiant sun shard, why not create a new shard line that is dark?
Crystal Bomb --> Shadow Shard ---> Phantom Shadow Shard

have you ever actually tried using Graviton for damage? Works pretty well, even against single jellies if you're not in a rush. Since the damage is bonus'd, it can hit them pretty hard. Or you can just use a nitronome; after all that's what the blast bomb series are there for. There's no point making a damage bomb purely for slimes, since they're about the only thing you'll ever find yuorself lacking in bomb damage for.
Altouhgh..where eaxctly are you finding a single, lone jelly? every time I find them, I find them in crowds enuogh to merit using vortex.
Saying that, I always carry a sword around with me anyways. People can say that "pure bombing" is "only 4 bombs" all they want, but when you go solo, not having ANY kind of sword or gun is juts foolish. Single enemies will always be killed faster with a sword than aoe weapons, and when you need to get swicthes switched, bombs are terrible.
tl;dr?
Basically, there's alreayd a sufficient shadow based bomb. If you find the mobs are in too low numbers to be using a bomb to kill, then they're probably in too low numbers to be using ANY bomb to kill them; use your handy pocket knife to finish that job.
