Mercurial Demo is an upgrade of the Spiral Demo line, not Quicksilver.

Considering Quicksilver is almost exclusively used as costume gear, good luck getting significantly more than Njthug's offer lol
It is used in lockdown for shock resist, piercing defense, and slight movement increase.
It can also be used in Clockworks, well anything can really, Clockworks aren't too hard.
