Well, the damage and speed
Well, the damage and speed bars look completely the same, but those are notoriously unreliable, and the wiki doesn't have any damage info for the Triglav yet. So, as far as I can tell, no there is no difference, but maybe someone who has used both has noticed something weird about one.

Don't have either sword, but I've heard that the Triglav's freeze is less preferable. If the charge attack freezes an enemy, it won't be knocked back.

Personally I veer towards
Personally I veer towards Sudaruska for the damage/stun, but that's because my first main sword was Glacius which is far more reliable at freezing (especially after the most recent update, which makes it overkill at freezing) becasue it has faster attacks and the charge doesn't send you flinging forward.
I'm not sure about the Triglav, but it should be noted that the Glacius will only ever freeze on the charge, so that may have some bearing.

These swords have the ability to freeze/stun with normal attack? (Not charged)
I have Glacius as well so I am really leaning towards Sudaruska.

I'm not sure, was my point. Some swords can cause the effects with normal attacks and they tend to be slow swinging swords, so it's entirely possible that the troika line is included in that, especially since they're only classed as "slight chance", unlike Glacius.
Never bothered 5*ing my Khorovod though so couldn't say for certain; just pointing out that it may be something to consider.

They can only inflict status
They can only inflict status with charge attack or second strike from normal combo. Triglav freeze is quite unlucky thing to happen on the second hit because it freezes enemy to retaliation range because the knockback wont occur. I recommend sudaruska

Triglav is cool! (pun not intended)
Triglav can freeze on the second swing, but the chance of it happening is low. And it takes krogmos to get, so it will be harder/ take longer. Sudaruska does not stun on second hit however (occurding to those who complain about it)

Yeah these are mainly for show, utility wise they aren't the greatest...
It just depends if you like stun or freeze better.
