Just looking for some real numbers with regards to charge time and UVs. For instance, if I have a Low CT reduction UV on a Calibur, how much time would that be? Half a second? A whole second? Just trying to figure out if I want to spend money on a nice reduced CT UV or not.
Charge Time... any hard numbers?

On a sealed sword it takes
On a sealed sword it takes around 4 seconds for charge. With my calibur with low charge reduction + UV low charge reduction it's around 3 seconds. If the "maximum rating" is 6 (low to maximum is 6) i guess you could get it down to 1 second which would be absurd so it's probably got a cap somewhere.
1 is the hardest number.
