Ok well i went onto paybycash and selected the elevator pass to buy.The in paybycash i selected the mobile payment and entered my info. At the end it told me to go to finish the payment and it opened another webpage where the price stated was €12.50 while in the previous page it was clearly stated that it was €4.90. Is this a pricing problem? Is it really over double the price for phones?

If Visa/MC/Amex gift cards
If Visa/MC/Amex gift cards are available in your country you may have better luck using them for payment (assuming you don't already have a credit card).
Your phone provider takes a cut for doing those transactions so the price is higher. There also may be VAT.
