Remove the current turret in the one of the jelly farm levels and add it to a LD level.
Turret + LD = Hilarity and much more fun then SNOWBALLS! :)

There should be turrets at each team's spawn.

Getting real sick of the steamrolls where a team spawn camps the other, even if I'm on the winning team.

Turrets should keep people from hovering near the enemy's base, eliminating spawn camping, and giving the respawning team a fairer fighting chance.

I support team base sentries! Only if they get team colored, of course.

Any particular reason Statiicz? Or is because you still want to spawn-camp?
But to me this sounds reasonable, just set up some golden Gunpuppies around the Teams Spawn area. Then again, they'll have to make it so that the Gunpups don't inadverdantly cover point areas and only cover the areas where people can spawn-camp you. But all-in-all, it does seem doable.

I guess he just forgot. Also, could the OP change the Title to something a bit more indictive of the exchange contained within e.g. "anti spawn-camp measure" OR "Gunpups for your LD Base". When I entered I thought it was going to be about getting rid of some turrets from one area or another.

I actaully agree with this, chiefly because spawn camping can be a REAL hassle to deal with currently in LD, especially with random grouping.

I agree with this only if it comes with the second stipulation that people cannot re-enter a bases shields for health. If your going to make it so I can't run after someone to kill them before they can get to their base for health because I'll get annihilated by a gun puppy then it just will make things a hundred times worse.

Some levels would need a

Some levels would need a couple of tweaks, namely Furnace and Reactor.
The bases are just too close from the starting points and you may need to go in front of it way too often.

To fix this and @Phoenyx concern, the turrets need to have a decent delay before starting to attack.

I agree with Ghret - you should change the title to "Add turrets in LD", since it would be more fitting for your thread :D
(You should also specify that it's the friendly turrets, not the construct kind - at least I assume that's the one you're referring to)
