Prompt as I can contact financial support concerning payment? The request to inform an e-mail since links from your site don't work and open empty pages?

You will see a blank page on the support links if Javascript is being blocked by a browser setting or security suite program.

I have checked up all on 3 browsers Opera, Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome, any other systems blocking java script on the computer isn't established. A question that to me to make that I could communicate to financial support? Whether it is possible to learn somehow their direct address or let they will write to me from a company mail box to the address aazinoviev@gmail.com
I will explain my problem consists in the following:
On January, 7th, I bought Elevator Pack. To me have increased period of validity of the given package till February, but haven't given out 1000 crystal energy, haven't given miss tank. A question why It has occurred?
