So I was just running through the current Silver Falcon gate, tier 3 because I enjoy fighting jellies so much, and I hit level 21 where it's the Grim Gallery (which I normally hate in tier 3 - grrrr rocket puppies.)

As I make my way through, I get to the first party button where it spawns three waves of jellies, ghosts, and turrets. Second wave spawns a Mewcat, and I handily kill everything else and get a few screenshots with it hovering around and mewing cutely while I sit.

I've only seen a few other mewcats and every other time they've been short lived. Party member killed the first one not realizing it was the LEAST dangerous thing in the clockworks, assuming that since it's not a usual monster it must be MORE dangerous. She asked me about it later, since she'd killed it so fast, I didn't even actually see it. Second time I stupidly got myself killed trying to take a screenshot, and then the energy blast killed it...

I continue on, pleased with myself for actually getting to take some good shots of the rare, adorable "monster."

As I continue through the part immediately after that with the turrets on the little landings off of the main path, I notice that the last turret sounds funny as I approach, and don't even make the connection. Suddenly a pulsing, pink heart drifts onto my screen from the far left.

I can't help but grin as I resist the ingrained reaction to dodge the shots coming off of my left while I finish off the last normal turret.

I can't be the only one to spot two rare monsters in one level (or maybe in one run?)
