I just got sealed sword but then realised it was weaker than ascended calibur!!! IK about sealed sword being 3 star and ascended being 4 but still sealed is a slow sword so it should be about same. What should i do exept upgrade sealed

You can't do anything about that. Just upgrade it, end of story. Most of the time star level means more powerful, full stop.

think in terms of 5-star items
Your items will eventually reach the 5-star level, where they will reside forever more. So, as you plan your arsenal, think in terms of 5-star items. Everything else is just a temporary speedbump, on the way to 5-star land. This is true even for free-to-play players; it just takes longer for them.
Of the 5-star Caliburs, there is little question that Leviathan is generally better than CIV. However, Leviathan is not a very good sword either, except in its charge attack. On the other hand, the 5-star Sealed Swords (DA and GF) are among the best swords in the game.

yeah, the heat level maters,
yeah, the heat level maters, also the depth you are in. A heat 10 sealed sword deals more damage per hit than a heat 10 acended callibur right up to stratum 4 (aka through all of T1 and T2), but being a 3* sword it does not get the signifigant damage bump 4 and 5 star weapons get in T3.
And Bopp is correct, sealed swords eventualy become Divine avengers and Grand fausts which are good, wereas the leviathan is not that good (unless you are a gunner or bomber)
I don't see why you assumed that just because a 3*Sealed Sword is slow that it should do more damage than a 4* Ascended Calibur. I'm also assuming your Sealed sword is a lower level than your Ascended Calibur.
Edit: You should definitely upgrade your Sealed Sword. Unless you have the CE to unbind it and sell it.
